Match ID was 11750637, I couldn't level up abilities past unlocking it initially with key commands. I had to hold tab and click on it so I could only do it in base. It also seems like one of Grey Talon's abilities might be causing a lag spike right after use. 5/6 people out of 6 on my team had the game freeze immediately after Grey Talon used an ability (not sure which).
