Hi Game Manager,
I was recently disconnected during an online match in Deadlock, and when I reconnected, the game bugged out. I couldn't shoot, and there was nothing showing on the ammo even after reloading multiple times. Unfortunately, I was banned for 4 games due to this issue.
I believe this was a result of the disconnection and not intentional gameplay on my part. Could you please review my case and consider lifting the ban?
