It seems that Transcendent Cooldown does not stack with Superior Cooldown, so I try to replace Superior Cooldown with TC, but the TC gets sold along with SC because it then stacks... and for some reasone the game bugs up where it shows me empty item slots to pick from, which I have to use my Re-Roll to get it fixed.
