I was on sandbox mode as Grey Talon with my friend (on the enemy team). We had no death, and no cooldown enabled. But, when I used my "Guided Owl" ability (with the upgrade: After hit, kills enemies that are below 22% health), it killed my friend. It works matter what character my friend is playing.
