[Bug] Game froze then unfroze, couldn't move character after

To start off this could absolutely be an issue of I had on and off bad ping last night but I was playing a game as Rem and all of a sudden my ping spiked so high my game froze. It unfroze shortly after but I was unable to walk around despite hearing the sounds of me walking and using abilities. After rewatching the replay, it looks like I'm aimlessly wandering around but I did get a clip of be being frozen. I was stuck like this for the rest of the game. You will also see that the kill feed UI on the left is in fact bugged. Overall Idk if this is fully a bug but I thought I'd post it anyways.
