Bug every time I launch the game (hotkeys)

Hello!

I wanted to re-bind my parry key to my mouse scroll wheel, but the "ping" button always bind itself to my mouse every time I launch the game again.

It is really annoying and I don't know if it's a "me" only issue, or a bug, I'll report it anyway just in case...
