[BUG/defect] The Play with Your Friends menu does not scroll to the bottom.

Action:
1 - Open Game
2 - select play with friends on top left
3 - try to scroll down to find friends.

Observed:
- you cannot scroll down to players start with T**** for my case, ıt stops at S****
- ıf you try to hold the scroll bar right and force it to go down the friend list menu shakes.

i got the playtest today and this occurs for me as well exactly as mentioned.

list of friends will not scroll past "S" letters. or essentially around 3/4s of scroll bar area.

scrolling it just bumps back and forth being stuck there.

maunally can pull the scroll bar down with mouse1 hold, but it auto pushes itself back up to 3/4's of friend list
