[BUG] dead people cannot unpause the game

while you are dead you cannot unpause, and things like this can happend:

you get kidnapped by the enemy team that can hold the game, much as you want (if you quit, i belive you if they are patient they can make you get banned for abandon the match, never had a chance to test it, but there is a chance that is possible)
