Description: If you block the player during the match in steam, aka "block all communications" and start the new game session you will get the same player in you team despite he is blocked.
1. Start a game
2. Play during the match
3. Navigate through players list
4. Open a player profile
5. Click "block all communications"
6. Continue the game
7. Start the new game
8. Getting the same player either in team or opponent team
Expected result:
After blocking a player it should not be in the matchmaking
Actual result:
Even if the player is blocked, it still appears in the match
