buffing every ability to collect souls (mcginnis turrets and ult, hazes knife, bebops beam etc) just like kelvin arctic beam

why is it that kelvins beams can stop you from approaching keep you out of range, and also steal and collect souls. its insanely overpowering in lane as a solution buff everyone else to be able to do the same thing. after all if a kelvin is going to rush at me slow me and also deny me all souls by just looking at them, every other character whose abilitys allow it should allow it
 
You could use Hazes knife to deny but I would, seems like a waste. McGinnins turret could work but the turret should have a priority of target then. Yes, Kelvins beam is strong like that, but you can just start shooting him as punishment.
