broken ranked schedule(fixed)

Hi, I'm from Asia and after today's update my ranked schedule is different from other Asian players, it looks like it's changed to North American time zone.
Time is normal after reinstalling the game!

Before the update my ranked schedule was 13:00-16:00 and 19:00-22:00 (local time)
