I spent 3000 souls on a warp stone after I died, the game took my souls, but I never got the warp stone. I bought it later again that game to see if there was an issue with the UI just not showing it/making it unusable, but was able to buy it at that time.

My player name is New Guy Jack, Match ID is 25781468, and the bug happens at 22:19 in game.
