Same issue, the enemy heroes stay in their home base and never seem to leave it. Once we breached their stronghold was the only time we got to engage them.

Same issue here. At the start of the game, if you shoot the bots off of the rail, they run back to base and won't leave.

+1. Don't have a video sadly but bug was identical to the video above. All bots stuck in base, would fight when in their base but wouldn't push out.

In my case it was always the bots on my team whenever I was testing stuff out lol. I was wondering why I'd be winning my lane and all of the other lanes were getting pushed insanely fast, then I'd see all of my bot teammates were running around in base.

Match 40656. Same issue. Bots were nowhere to be seen for a few minutes.

Also match 40720, but this time it's the bots on my team that were affected.
