There is some kind healing bug with bots. Recently they have been regenerating health at insane rate every time when they get low. About 150-200hp during early stages of the game. There are no healing trooper drops near them when they do. You get them down to about 50hp, chase to finish them off and you just watch their hp filling up 25% of the way in under 2 seconds as you keep dealing more damage to them. I didn't really notice it happening later in the game, it's hard to tell once your damage goes up
