Blurry souls with FSR2

Floating souls of troopers are very blurry/hazy with FSR2. It also happens little bit when you hit the troopers themselves but the souls are a lot more obvious. Rest of the game is quite sharp and looks good with FSR2 enabled, it's mostly the souls that look very noticable to the point it affects gameplay and make me switch to native/strech/fsr1.

It happens on any FSR2 quality bar native and it's just FSR2. FSR1 doesn't do this on my PC.
I've tried both Vulkan and DirectX and there was no apparent difference.

I'm on R5 3600 and RTX 3070 on Windows PC.

It's kinda difficult to see on screenshot but it's very obvious while playing.

(also it's not a new problem I've been seeing this for at least 3 patches now/ever since I've tested FSR2)
