Bluescreened, reconnected, penalized

I was playing a game and in the middle, my computer froze, crashed, then bluescreened and I had to restart. I loaded back in as fast as my poor computer could and was able to rejoin for lategame, but now I can't requeue as I have a two hour ban. I'm really sad because I was looking forward to playing a bunch tonight and now I can't keep playing with my friends. I understand penalizing disconnects, but is there a way to tell when it's a crash vs an exit? or a way to appeal the penalty?

not really a bug for bug report. People can abuse crash or ethernet disconnect to not get penalized.
