Blue screen of death and forced shutdown bug; Game error message appears and no task manager or alt+f4 or new desktop to close out of game

This was one of my match IDs: 33366469. I was forced to exit and rejoin multiple times. I replaced my power supply with a new 750W, but everything else is running fine excluding deadlock matches currently. Looks like I will have to wait for a crash-fix update?
