Black Screen on Map Load (UI Visible) & Connection Timeout

I am unable to join any matches. The game gets stuck on "Connecting to server" and eventually kicks me back to the lobby.

When I try to load the map manually via console (map street_test):

• The map loads, but the screen is completely black.
• The UI/HUD (health bar, skills) is visible, but the 3D world does not render.

Attempted Fixes:

• Launch options tried: -dx11, -vulkan, -autoconfig, +clientport.
• Verified game files.
• Tested on different networks (Wi-Fi and Mobile Data).

The issue persists. Please help.
