binding word bug

Cant cast binding word - tried in a match, tried in practice tool, tried validating game files. Spell wont cast.

It's strange, everything works for me, I recorded a small fragment of the ability's work.

update - its all targeted spells/items that are ally/enemy targeted - will reinstall tell you if it fixes it

alright- reseting all keybinds fixed it and i have no clue what was wrong. sorry for false report
