Binding alternate cast to mouse wheel no longer works

After today's patch self cast abilities cannot be triggered when the alt cast button is bound to mouse wheel up or down. Before the patch it worked with the "Alternate Cast Button" mode.

I noticed that same thing happen with mouse button 2 (right click), it used to work before the patch changed it to mouse button 3. Now my hero just does ADS whenever I want to alternate cast when I press mouse button 2.
