Shiv's Killing Blow can be interrupted by other players, but to make it happen a "stun" should be procced. In this case the game will inform the player that the Killing Blow was interrupted by ability name/hero.
Here Rising Ram doesn't have an integrated stun and so the game doesn't inform the player about their ability being interrupted.
I guess the Killing Blow straight up misses in this case?
Because other displacement abilities (like Abrams' Shoulder Charge before the stun, or Lash's Ground Slam launch etc.) do not interrupt the Killing Blow.
