This is the second match i had as Billy where this bug occurred, I was unsure when it first happened in a previous Brawl.
Billy ends up zoomed out from using his Ult from possible knock-back/knock-up like abilities/BASHDOWN. match id 72531037 happens at the end of the fourth round with one big fight where i use the ult and it happens. I think bashdown and the ult stay zoomed out after this happens
