She lassoed an opponent; I rising rammed the opponent that was lassoed and it instantly broke the tether.

We tested after the match with multiple characters to make sure it was not a one off. It still worked. BUT ONLY IF YOU WERE ON THE SAME TEAM AS HOLIDAY. Cant be billy versus holiday. They have to be on the same team.
I don't know if this is a weird quirk with Billy's ram or what, but it does not seem intentional.
