While being affected by Billy's Chain Gang, Reactive Barrier triggers on the part with a 35% velocity slow and movement abilities restriction, instead of Pulling/Yank part.
This not only doesn't make sense (Slowing Hex has similar effect but doesn't trigger Reactive barrier) but also makes the enemy get a free Barrier even while not actually being movement-restricted (only being under Slowing hex effect and movement slow equivalent to Viscous Splatter) and on top of it being able to escape Pulling (effect and damage) while getting barrier with abilities such as Ivy Stone Form/Pocket Satchel or just by using Stamina and hiding behind any structure.
In video you can see how Reactive triggers on the Slowness part, but despite being off cooldown, does not trigger on Pulling part, essentially giving enemies barrier without any drawback. This interaction doesn't look to be planned to work this way. Please fix
