Billy blasted bullet amp shows as true damage instead of bullet damage.

The Blasted ability says it gives a 8% bullet amp against people who are wrecked when its active, this does not actively work. (i was wrong)

The real bug is blasted amp is showing up as true damage instead of bullet damage as it should.

It works, it's the white damage you see to the left of the bullet damage.

This amp works different from other amps for some reason which is why it shows differently.
