When some effects, such as Dynamo teleport, affect Billy when he use his bashdown, his ability stops activating. The UI shows that the button is being pressed, but the skill itself does not activate. Interestingly, when he affect by Dynamo teleport again, his ability activates on its own, without the need to press the button.
