Berserker is currently double counting blood letting damage. For example, if a 100 instance of damage is applied to Shiv, he takes 70 immediately and 30 over time so 0 berserker stacks (which take 120 damage) should be built. However, it's counting the 100 damage first then adding in 30 damage after blood letting ticks down, building a berserker stack.
Blood letting damage should probably just not count towards berserker stacks since it's supposed to only be applied premitigation on initial hits of damage.
