Berserker particles are not working

Edit: Upon more testing, berserker is working, but the documented particle changes are not. There is currently no effect for when you stack Berserker.

I was testing all the new visual effects for items, and I noticed berserk has none. I got the sandbox guardian to shoot me with the item, and later a mimic bot. Berserk seems to not be stacking, and only giving you 5% damage amp once.
