Being placed on EU servers as NA player

I'm seeing multiple occasions where I've been placed on an EU server while I'm playing from US East
'mm_prefer_solo_only true' is set but it still seems to place me on an EU server with a stack native to EU.

I'm not interested in rubber banding all game with 100 ping while getting yelled at in Russian; so I am done with the game until you're ready to do a full release with a decent amount of players.

I'm going to repost this every day until the devs acknowledge this. I can't believe we still have to put up with it after it's been posted so many times in so many places. We dont want to play on another continent. Worst quality matches. I'd rather not be matched than play in the EU.
