Bebop's primary fire not hitting where indicated

It has always been the case where you have to aim slightly ahead of where you want to hit with bebop, but with the last patch, I think the bullet size reduction caused the spot you need to aim to have 0 visual feedback.

I took a video showing the behavior I am referring to. My reticle is really small and I didnt record in the highest res so its kind of hard to see, but I tried aiming with the reticle directly on a creep, and no shots landed, and then I tried leading my shots where the laser hit the creep, and again no shots landed. The actual spot you need to aim to register a hit has no visual indication at all that the shots should land and I believe this to be a bug related to the bullet size.

It definitely only happened this patch, and I often find myself unable to shoot creeps while they are walking. It happens with players too but not nearly as much, probably because they're bigger. It's really unfortunate because it makes the character feel a lot worse.
