Plyme New member Jan 30, 2026 #1 The new healing T3 effect on Bebop's uppercut doesn't get affected by items that increase healing effectiveness like healing booster or healing tempo. I assume this is a bug because Victor's T3 pain battery does scale with healing effectiveness.
