Bebop Ultimate Ability Not Hitting If Out Of Line Of Sight

Bebop's ultimate ability does not hit enemy heroes most of the time if bebop cannot see them even if they are standing in the AOE circle as seen from this Infernus sitting in the circle and taking no damage
