It seems that after the patch at the end of November, something changed a lot in the choice of priorities for Bebop's bomb.
Now, for no reason at all, the bomb can be placed on a creep instead of an enemy hero, which is not so bad, but much more often the bomb is placed on an ally and this ruins many game moments. And when playing as Bebop, you VERY often have to press the bomb without precisely aiming the cursor at the target.
The priority for targets in the radius of the skill should definitely be like this:
1. The enemy hero with the least amount of HP.
2. The enemy hero with the most HP.
3. The enemy creep.
4. The allied hero.
5. The allied creep.
