I'm able to fairly consistently reproduce sticking myself as Bebop with a Sticky Bomb (see attached "Self Stick" image) by doing the following:
1. Cast Exploding Uppercut with the enemy directly behind Bebop (see "Starting Position" image attached)
2. Cast Sticky Bomb
I imagine the bomb is going through Bebop to the enemy and sticking on the first thing it comes across, in this case Bebop himself. Unsure if this is intended behavior or not.
