So it's not a tough one to explain but probably not overly common.

Basically in lane I was hooked by Bebop as he came down off the bridge and I ended up either in the wall or between the bench and the wall, it's hard to tell, but I kept flickering(?) up and down and couldn't use unstuck until it stopped which eventually it did but I was stuck for a minute or so I think lol.
As I said it's probably not an overly common bug, at least so far as I've seen, but a bug is a bug and there's probably other spots where the interaction could happen. I've added a screenshot from in game of being stuck and from the replay so you can see the direction of the hook so you can see how it' happened.
