Bebop is Getting Bullet Resist Scaling with Boons? [It's intentional, never mind.]

When you get 3 boons on Bebop, it shows you getting Bullet Armor.

Possibly by coincidence, I had the worst games I've ever had on Bebop getting completely demolished 2 times in a row.

Could someone check to see if Bebop's winrate dropped out of nowhere or that was just coincidence?

It might just be an off day for me, but the games were BAD.
Maybe it's giving less resistances somehow.

July 29th, bebop no longer has 10% base bullet res, now has 0.3% resistance per boon

Boons saying +0 Bullet Resist did not help me thinking it was intentional.

Especially considering it's the only boon that doesn't go to decimal.
