Bebop hook sometimes does not stop the captured target from shooting while they're being pulled (it seems to 19/20 times, so I assume that's the intended behavior - if that's not the case then that needs to be reflected in the description)

It also frequently gets hung on objects while pulling, which turns me into a sitting duck for extra seconds on top of not delivering the target to me. If Pocket's cloak can slide around terrain then there's no reason a hooked target can't.

Also recently players have been able to dash away between the hook delivery and the uppercut? This seems to have begun after you added an input buffer. Is this combo not supposed to be guaranteed? And if not, then what is even the point of this moveset if it can be avoided by mashing dash?
