In a recent update, it was added that walkers stop bebop's hook, this has made it almost impossible to defend and attack walkers as bebop for reasons outside of the devs intentions:
The hitbox on the walkers to stop the hook is NOT accurate to the model at all, you can't hook between legs or thread the needle, heck you can't hook a few meters in every direction around the walker.
But worst of all, defending a walker is almost impossible as bebop, as when you are standing under the walker, you can't hook at all, it instantly disables it.
also, when jumping off the line, if you are above a walker, it also instantly disables your hook.
That's all the issues I've noticed, as a bebop main with 1.3k games, bebop gets weaker every update despite having a horrible winrate, he doesn't deserve all these limitations he's getting, it's punishing skilled players from using the talent they have practiced for.
bebop isn't powerful, he's just a character that requires you to THINK about how to counter him, almost like spy in tf2, the higher the skill level on the player, the easier it is to beat bebop.
Bebop kills noobs, but once they learn, it's over for him in higher rank games.
