bebop hook no longer being blocked by paradox wall

been having an issue where bebop is hooking me through my paradox wall constantly is this an intended design or no. For some games it was stopping his hook but then all of the sudden his hook would travel through and pull me i would like to know if this is a bug or intended design i didnt see any patch of it going through so im kinda confused.

I'm also constantly running into this issue when playing paradox.

Bebop and I are on the same height level, wall goes up and blocks bullets, get hooked through it.

Has happened more than once every game I play paradox against bebop, and sometimes it does block it which is confusing

is this early game when hook has no range? or late game when hooks can go halfway across the map with a channel time of much longer than one second?

This has to be a bug, right? The wall is supposed to block ALL projectiles, and Bebop's hook is a projectile. I mean you can't even throw a McGinnis turret through it!

The wall doesn't block projectiles, just slows them down and essentially holds them in place for a little while (after which they continue going through and potentially hit whatever is behind the wall).
Bebop's hook sometimes just goes straight through with no slowdown whatsoever though, which is probably a bug. It isn't consistent, and I haven't managed to figure out a reliable way to make one behaviour or the other repeatable. (Apart from the hooked person standing so close to the wall that they are touching the hitbox of the hook while it is slowed down at the edge of the wall.)

There's also the (possibly related) opposite bug where Bebop's hook outright stops at the wall, doesn't continue going through even after the slowdown period, and just retracts, which happens like 80% of the time or sth.

I have noticed this with pocket Ghost aswell, it could be argued both are not projectiles by some margin due to their size but then abilities in general should not be blocked by it unless they are said to be "Projectiles" in the description.
