Bebop Hook Issue

I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or intended behavior, but if Bebop turns while using his hook, the hooked player is moved to the front of Bebop, regardless of where he is facing, allowing him to effectively hook people behind himself

The example you gave is the hook working as intended. It's at least been like that ever since I first started playing, towards the end of August.
