Bebop Hook Idea

Thoughts on giving hook more power in the damage it does itself. I feel like it can borrow from some things from dota 2 with pudge.
I also think the ability should scale with Spirit power and would open up more spirit focused builds that dont rely on things like Echo shard double bomb.

Examples:

1)Does damage to the target based on the distance traveled in the hook.
2) Pudges hook in dota is pure dmg and ignores damage resistances. Can make hook scale with spirit power and ignore spirit resist to make landing the hook a bigger part of his damage.
3)You could also implement spirit resist reduction on targets hooked. Targets hit by hook take 15% more spirit damage.
4) Stacking hook damage similar to bombs. Ramping both hook damage and bomb for successful gank attempts. Also giving more value to building flat spirit amping items like boundless instead of being pigeon holed into echo shard

I personally love the changes to bebops bomb last patch with the 12 second kill window.
I think ways to scale the rest of his toolkits damage for being a more ganking / teamfight oriented character would be healthy for the character.
