Bebop's hook doesn't always bring the player to him, this isn't a skill issue and it sucks to be punished for hitting a flawless hook (and being held still while doing so) only to not get the hooked character.
I've lost lanes to this bug and I've most certainly lost games to this bug, if Yamato can TP to her enemies when she hooks onto them I see no reason why bebop can't TP them to him if his hook can't naturally bring them to him.
