Bebop fast spin-up time from level 2 uppercut upgrade doesn't work because of spin-up pause

Using bebop uppercut (first ability) while your gun is spinning up causes your spin-up to pause during the uppercut animation. This means that the faster spin-up time from the level 2 uppercut upgrade doesn't work, as it will complete the slower spin-up instead. This can happen if you land a hook on someone and hold down the fire button to shoot as soon as possible, as your gun will spin-up slightly between the hook completing and the uppercut happening.
