Bebop Claw/Grab Stops Working

Certain conditions seem to create a bug where it will be impossible to use claw/grab or the ult. It gets bugged and when it does the only way to activate the skill is to disconnect from the game and rejoin OR shield yourself, which will cause the skill to fire immediately after as if it is queued

this happens to me every game with every hero. its because of custom hero binds. There's litterally no way the devs don't know about it - there are dozens maybe 100+ posts about it. been happening since mina
they're probably working on it. but for some reason it seems really hard to fix
