Hyper beam can be cancelled while its charging, refunding the cooldown instantly. Since activating it stops all of your momentum, vertical and horizontal, you can exploit this to stall yourself in air, potentially waiting mid air for a hook. Granted, it is loud as fuck and should alert everyone of your position, it still feels like an exploit (especially behind air cover).
Potentially it could be fixed by either giving hyper beam 1 sec cd between trying to shoot again, or stopping Bebop's momentum after its been fully activated.
