Bebop Can Melee While Uppercutting

Bebop is able to use melee while he is using Uppercut.

bump, still a bug. Right now, Bebop can do 3,turn around,1,q,2 all in one combo and its extremely oppressive. Either remove the free melee or the numbers will need to be balanced around this.
