Bebop bomb targeting is broken

As shown on this video, i have an enemy Abrahams in front of me, I'm aiming at him and the bomb sticks to Infernus really far away from him.

It's a combination of the fact that allay attach range is higher and same range problem as [this]
Things like zipline attach, warden ult also gets higher range if you rotate your camera about 45 degrees
