If you try to use bebop's bomb on someone but they happen to move out of range at the same time, you will sometimes still hear the bomb attachment sound effect like it worked but it actually didn't. To make matters worse, the game seems to think you actually did use the ability, so if you use echo shard after this, it will go on cooldown as if it refreshed the ability even though it was never used in the first place. Normally, echo shard is supposed to not work and tell you that no ability was used recently. Very frustrating to play bebop with this bug and has been around for a long time!
