Bebop ally hook only usable when using "modifier" self cast option

If you try to hook an ally using any other self cast option it doesn't work and just shoots out the enemy grabbing hook.

Because sometimes you want to grab an enemy, but a teammate would get in the way and you'd grab them. Or vice versa.

You can't put the bomb on youself if you wave double-tap self-cast :/
