bebop abilities not working when pressed

It happened with the uppercut and with the hook at separate times. You can see when I press it , the button at the bottom wiggles to show its seen the button press. It happened last game with the hook. Every time i parried the hook fired off immediately after.

I'm glad someone got video of this finally tons of people complaining about it.

It's not just bebop - but it appears to be only some users

I get it almost every match
always 1st or 3rd ability
always after death
exit/rejoin to fix
if someone abandons theres no way to fix it
